Dr. Charles Opara, an African-American, is the founder of the Dayspring Faith Chapel, A non-profit corporation in Washington, and the Senior Pastor of Dayspring Faith Chapel.

A pioneer of transformative leadership, Dr. Charles Opara is a gospel minister. His enthusiasm for both national and personal transformation has resulted in a number of ministries and projects that have stirred up controversy among governments, the media, and young people in United State of America and around the world.

He is a Theologian, Artist, and Journalist.

Our Blessed Mother, Virgin Mary visited Dr. Charles at his Seattle, Washington residence on October 23, 2023.

Our Blessed Mother, Virgin Mary gave Dr. Charles instructions to have a chapel constructed on the location of the visions in one of the apparitions.

As the apparition persisted, Our Blessed Virgin Mary gave Dr. Charles the directive to rename his ministry to Dayspring in honor of Jesus Christ.

According to our Blessed Virgin Mary, ‘The mission of Dayspring Faith Chapel is to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ and to address human needs in His name, without any form of discrimination.’
